Where's that website run from, a ship outside the 12-mile limit? :)
Seriously, I doubt if there's any way these could be PD. Sanford and Son is based on Steptoe and Son, so the underlying rights would be British. Space: 1999 was made in the UK, and is no doubt copyrighted there. Corvette Summer was way too big-budget to have slipped through the cracks. The KISS movie used to be offered on some PD collections, but that was before the laws were changed and it probably got renewed afterwards.
And if you're American, you should know better than to trust the government! :)

yes these are very nice pictures. everyone on the planet who is running Windows XP has these on their computer. Came installed in the my pictures folder.
